This San Marino home staged and sold in just 18 days. And when I say staged and sold in just 18 days I mean we staged it on August 29 and it will CLOSE ESCROW on September 16! The owner received an accepted offer on September 5, just 6 days after listing. This was a contemporary home staging project, a rare bird in traditional San Marino. I always try to keep the homes I stage light and bright and this home was no exception. We used a pale colored Persian rug and white leather sofa and chairs in the living room.
