Beverly Hills Home Staging – Paul Williams Designed Home, Beautifully Updated

Beverly Hills Home Staging – Last week we were asked to stage a beautifully updated Paul Williams designed home for sale in Beverly Hills. I’ve been hired for luxury home staging in Encino for these builders in the past. I’m always excited to work with them because I know the finishes will be exquisite and I’ll have a beautiful canvas to work my home staging magic on. This Beverly Hills estate is no exception. The home is 4,108 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 4 fully remodeled bathrooms. Walnut floors flow through the living room, entry and dining room. A grand formal entry with a sweeping iron rail staircase and original crystal chandelier welcome you home. A light filled living room, with original marble fireplace is spacious and refined. The beautiful gourmet kitchen with separate breakfast room and over-sized island is a chef’s delight. Included in the island is a wine/beverage refrigerator. There is a fireplace and wet bar in the den/man cave off the living room. One en suite bedroom downstairs opens on to the large patio and pool. Two en suite bedrooms upstairs each have their own deck area, one private, and one large enough for entertaining.

Staging a beautiful luxury home in Beverly Hills is a delight, but it’s not for amateurs nor the less experienced.

We used furniture from 2 different furniture companies, Moving Mountains Design inventory and I had 4 home staging assistants and 5 furniture movers. Our stagings are well orchestrated and organized. When you hire Moving Mountains Design to stage, our goal is to finish the staging in one day. By being more efficient and organized, I’m able to keep costs down for my clients, and the listing agent has more time to put a marketing package together.

In addition, we provide big, beautiful, professional-quality photos of all the homes we stage.
