San Marino Home Staging | Mid-Century Modern

This week we staged a beautiful Mid-Century Modern San Marino home for sale. Perched high on hill on a large lot, it has million dollar tree top views across San Marino.

 

I always enjoy staging different styles of homes – traditional home staging, transitional home staging and craftsman home staging, for example. In San Marino, Pasadena and Arcadia, most homes we stage are traditional or transitional style. That’s why this San Marino home is such a rare treat.

We were hired to stage the entry, living room, dining room, kitchen, office (which is actually a large legal bedroom), den, the master bedroom, bathroom and sitting area. We didn’t stage 4 additional bedrooms and bathroom on the lower level, as it seemed unnecessary and not cost effective.
