Orange County Home Staging For A Real Estate Investor

Orange County Home Staging For A Real Estate Investor

This past week we staged a beautiful ocean-view home in San Clemente for a very active real estate investor I work with. I don’t normally travel that far to stage (the expenses start to add up) but I will do so for the right client or the right project. This project was the perfect mix of the right client and a wonderful home. I had seen this home just after it was purchased, and while it had great “bones”, it was definitely in need of a major update.

With formal living and dining rooms, a big family room, 4 generous bedrooms (the master is huge!) and 3 full bathrooms this house was a pleasure to stage. The updates include (but are not limited to) new hardwood floors, new carpet, new kitchen (quartz counters), new stainless appliances, new windows, raised panel walnut doors, new lighting, new bathrooms and on and on. And the views! I had a hard time tearing myself away from the gorgeous ocean views. I could imagine sitting on the backyard patio sipping a Mojito and watching the sunset every afternoon :o)
