Last week we staged this adorable La Vina Craftsman-style home in Altadena. Located in the gated community of La Vina at the top of Altadena, you are so close to the San Gabriel Mountains, you can almost reach out and touch them. We staged all 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, family room, kitchen and dining room. The big challenge was integrating the owner’s baby grand piano into the staging :o) This house is very well maintained and neat as a pin, with a lovely patio perfect for your BBQ, backyard and even a fountain! This is an owner occupied home staging, meaning the homeowners are living in the home while it’s on the market. We used some of their existing furniture, mixed with staging furniture, artwork and accessories. Sometimes we are able to use some or all of the homeowner’s own furniture. In this case the furniture was in excellent condition, in proportion to the rooms and a suitable style for accentuating the best features of the home.
