Yesterday we staged this terrific Los Angeles contemporary condo in West Hollywood. We worked with the homeowner’s existing furniture, editing it and rearranging it. Then we added artwork and accessories from our home staging warehouse for the finishing touches. We opted to keep the contemporary furniture to a minimum and go with the condo’s clean, modern lines. I wanted to make sure the large, open floor-plan and gleaming hardwood floors remain key selling features.

This contemporary West Hollywood condo is beautiful and bright with lots of windows in the heart of desirable West Hollywood. Uncommon large two Bedrooms with den or office. Large open floorplan and generous rooms. Wall of windows look out to the West facing balcony. Pale hardwood floors throughout and beautifully updated kitchen and baths with custom cabinets and rich granite counters. Gas fireplace. Indoor laundry and two side-by-side parking spots. Building has secure controlled access, spa, sauna, gym & tasteful lobby and halls. Elevator access. Shopping, restaurants (Hugos!) and nightlife nearby.

This is technically an occupied home staging because we used the homeowner’s existing furniture to stage the home, although no one currently lives in the home. We were able to use the homeowner’s furniture because it was in excellent condition and it suited the architectural style of this contemporary condo.
