This week we were hired by a Los Angeles real estate investor to stage one of her “flips” in La Mirada. Jennifer (the real estate investor) is always a joy to work with because she does such a great job remodeling her homes. She always gets the details just right no matter the price point of the home. And she always hires Moving Mountains Design to stage her listings. This La Mirada home staging project was for a home with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It’s a great starter home on a very quiet cul-de-sac in a nice part of La Mirada. The home also has an eat-in kitchen, a formal dining room and living room with fireplace. Listed at $339,900 (as of this posting) this La Mirada home is a great buy!

Staging was fairly simple and straight-forward. We staged the kitchen with a small dining table and countertop accessories, dining room, living room and master bedroom. We also staged both bathrooms.
