I use Darby™ to manage my extensive home staging inventory of accessories, artwork, lamps, rugs, towels, etc. I’m able to track where every piece of inventory is at all times. I’m also able to provide my home staging clients with a detailed inventory of the home staging accessories placed in their home, including the replacement cost.
I use Market Ready Real Estate ™ to create my comprehensive home staging consultations. It provides the home owner a wealth of information on how to prepare their home for sale, that is customized for their home and budget. It’s very easy to upload photos to illustrate the areas of the home you are talking about. Using this program makes the process must faster, thereby allowing me to email a complete report to the home owner and listing agent much more quickly. If you do a lot of written home staging consultations, as I do, this program is a must.
Constant Contact is the program I use to send out my monthly email newsletter to over 1,800 local Los Angeles real estate agents. I use it to help promote the homes I’ve staged and provide useful home staging and real estate info to my subscribers.
I use Print Runner to print my brochures and business cards. I have found their service to be excellent and FAST! Their pricing is very competitive and the print quality has been very good.
