Los Angeles Home Staging For A Real Estate Investor
Today we had the pleasure of staging a Chatsworth home for a Los Angeles real estate investor.
I love working with Jennifer, the investor, because her homes are always beautifully finished with quality finishes and craftsmanship. She makes my job as a professional home stager easy. When we arrived at her latest Chatsworth remodeling project today, we discovered that the contractor was not quite as far along as we both expected. The new kitchen cabinet doors had not been hung, the mantle in the family room had not been installed and they were still installing the shower surrounds and mirrors in the bathrooms.
We were able to deliver and place all the furniture and rugs and we could stage the living room, dining room and master bedroom. We’ll be going back next week to finish the staging we couldn’t complete today.
Keep in mind that there are still some finishing details (like shades and bulbs for the dining room chandelier) and the cabinetry in the master bedroom is not complete.
This beautiful and beautifully remodeled Chatsworth home is not yet on the market. When construction is completed and we’ve finished staging, I’ll post more pictures and MLS information.
