Los Angeles Real Estate Staging A Contemporary Little Tokyo Condo

This week we were hired to stage a chic condo located in the Savoy on the edge of Little Tokyo in downtown Los Angeles.

The 735 sq. ft. unit is one bedroom with a surprisingly spacious bathroom and balcony large enough for a table & chairs. When the air is clear there are San Gabriel Mountains views from the balcony. There is a washer/dryer IN THE UNIT! Also included are 2 parking spaces and a storage space.

Pasadena Home Staging – Cost Effective Kitchen Remodel

A few weeks ago we performed a home staging consultation for this beautiful Sierra Madre pool home. The home has great architecture, but the kitchen and master bathroom were a little dated. As part of the consultation, I recommended the following:

* Paint the oak cabinets a warm white
* Add brushed nickel knobs
* Replace the laminate counter-top with granite slab

We recently were asked by the listing agent, Irina Netchaev, to perform a home staging consultation on a Sierra Madre view home that was going on the market. One of our recommendations was to make a few cost effective changes to the master bath to make it more luxurious and worthy of a master suite.
