This Los Angeles home stager had a busy week last week with all the stagings and destagings. I’m excited to have been able to stage this Classic Larchmont Village cottage just a block away from Larchmont Blvd. in the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles. 3 bedrooms (2 ensuite) and 3 bathrooms, French doors opening on to the patio and pool, privacy galore plus a beautifully landscaped yard are the recipe for the perfect entertainers home in a desirable Larchmont Village location.

Here’s some photos from the gorgeous new construction luxury home we staged in Pasadena yesterday. 5 bedrooms/7 bathrooms with a downstairs and upstairs master suite.

Tuesday we staged a beautiful Pasadena home in the Michillinda Park area after being called in for a home staging consultation the previous week.
Though occupied, there was very little furniture in the living room and the dining table in the formal dining room was very casual. We completely refurnished the living room and dining room and accessorized the 3 bedrooms, kitchen, family room and 3 bathrooms. In addition we staged the guest house.

Today we staged a luxury home in Downey, CA. The listing agent called me just before I went on vacation a couple of weeks ago. When I told him I couldn’t stage his luxury home until after I returned, he said “I don’t care. We want the best home stager. We’ll wait for you!” Normally, I don’t travel as far as Downey to stage homes, but with a lead in like that, how could I say no?
